Toen ik me een paar maanden geleden voorbereidde op mijn stageperiode, heb ik er nooit aan gedacht mijn eigen blogs te schrijven en daarbij ook nog geweldige plaatsen te mogen bezoeken. Hier ben ik dan, bijna aan het einde van mijn stage periode. Een hoop interessante dingen kwamen op mijn pad. U kunt zich voorstellen dat de kosten dan wel meer oplopen, maar dit tropische eiland heeft meer dan genoeg mooie plekjes en activiteiten te bieden waar je geen cent voor hoeft te betalen om het mooie te kunnen zien. Hier heb ik daarom 7 gratis activiteiten die u kunt doen op Curacao:

When I prepared for my internship a couple of months ago I had not in mind writing my own blogs at this time, neither visiting all these astonishing places on Curacao. Here I am, almost at the end of my placement.  A lot of interesting places came on my path. You can imagine expenses will rise substantially. But, this tropical island has a lot of beautiful spots where you will not have to pay a dime to see the beauty of it.

Imagine: you just arrived at the always sunny and tropical Curaçao; you are settled and unpacked. Now you are totally ready for your lovely holiday. You have been informed about the many beaches on Curaçao, but every beach is as beautiful as the others.
Let us give you some indication on suitability of my Top 5 beaches. And believe me out of 42 beaches in total this is the tip of the iceberg (or hotberg in the tropics?)!

Het is vreemd om terug te kijken op een jaar vol met geweldig nieuwe ervaringen. 2015 is het jaar waarin ik stage ben gaan lopen hier op Curaçao. Veel fijne plekjes, aardige mensen en een hele nieuwe kijk op situaties hebben me een stuk ‘rijker ’gemaakt. Deze uitdagende periode heeft me ook doen realiseren hoe blij ik mag zijn met zo’n geweldig steunende familie en veel vrienden.  En al zijn een paar vrienden en familie mij hier komen opzoeken, tijdens de kerstdagen was ik toch helemaal alleen.

Hello there, my name is Manita, and I am 20 years old. As a third year student at the Rotterdam Business School, I am assigned to do an international internship. This is exactly what I am doing now.  For the next 5 months I will be living in Curacao. I actually have chosen this island because of all the good stories that I heard from the people who already visited the Island. Here I am now, after 5 days, Blog 1 the experiences of my  first few  days.

Curaçao (in the local language Papiamentu we say: Kòrsou), is an island off the Venezuela coast.
