After 8 years working with different materials I choose coconut as my favorite material.
For me it’s a super tree. You can use the hole tree to survive. This goes beyond words......

I carve the coconut with different techniques. And learning every day from what the day brings. 

Nowadays I’m trying to grow gourds to work with it. 

And growing new shapes in coconut what brings me new experiences. 

Farmer Aishel was born in Curacao; she loves nature and always had the dream to, one day have her own farm where she can produce organic greens and fruits. She is a person who likes to work hard, loves to help people, has a friendly and positive attitude, loves to travel and collect seeds from all over the world. She has started her dream of traveling and to bring different new varieties of fruits and greens to grow on Curacao.

Curacao as a destination is popular in Europe and South-America. Hopefully the rest of the world will discover our beautiful island soon. The island Curacao is genuine because of its colorful buildings, swinging music and of course our clear blue waters. Very popular is our Queen Emma Bridge which connects Punda and Otrobanda. It is of importance to be informed of your destination.

When visiting Curacao there are certain activities that you must have done. Swimming with Dolphins is one of the things I still want to do, because it is only possible in a few countries !. Another thing you can do is visiting the beautiful natural beaches. But, the place you really have to go to is: Klein Curacao. It is in my top 3 activities to-do at Curacao.
