About using this Support section

If you have a question, follow these steps:

Step 1: Check the support pages, if one of them handles the subject of your question. You can either use the search bar or browse the support pages by category.

Step 2: If your question has not been answered by support pages, you can contact us by creating a Support Ticket. Support tickets are available for users with a membership account (All members receive a username and password). In the ticket you can also select the urgency of the issue.

Optional: If your request is vey urgent, please first create a support ticket and then contact us by phone: +5999 6637989 or contacting us by Whatsapp on that same number. Note: Write down your Support Ticket ID  (visible when you create the ticket) so our representatives will be able to handle your issue.
