It consists of positive individuals whom want to work on their health in a supportive group setting where everyone is positive and wants to see results. Therefore they work hard and motivate each other to reach their goals, whether it's weight loss, getting fit or just for fun,healthy exercise. Coach Sabina also provides corporate fitness, group training, special events, personal training & advise, team-building and she is also a motivational speaker.
